- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.
- Provide physical therapy treatments to improve, restore, and maintain patient mobility.
- Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs.
