Job Details:
Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)
Location: Charleston, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2384.60 - 2503.83
Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS and Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist Temporary License through West Virginia Board of Physical Therapists OR Physical Therapist Compact License
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients across all floors of the hospital, including acute care and skilled nursing units.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as necessary.
- Support hospital staff in maintaining compliance with safety and certification standards.
