Job Details:
Job Title: Hospice RN
Location: Boston, MA (covering Newton, Brookline, Downtown Boston areas)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2300-2500
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler or local
Requirements: 1 year of Hospice experience. Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary.
Educate patients and families on hospice care procedures and expectations.
