Job Details:
- Job Title: RN - Home Health
- Location: Pensacola/FL
- Setting: Home Health
- Pay Range: $2140.00 - $2247.00
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
- Requirements:· 2 years of experience as a RN· Valid RN license· Be willing to obtain Florida licensure· Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their home environments, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using EMR systems like OASIS and Homecare Homebase.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment procedures.
