Job Details:
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Rochester, NH

Pay Range: 1347.47 - 1414.84
Schedule: 15:00 - 23:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Provide patient care in a hospital setting according to physician orders and standards of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Record patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with patient mobility and personal care as needed.
