Job Details:
Job Title: CWHH-RN Home Health
Location: Greenville, NC
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1962.66 - 2060.79
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Pediatric ICU; at least 1 travel assignment
Responsibilities:
- Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Develop and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and safety, using appropriate teaching methods.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and licensed vocational nurses to ensure quality service.
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate agencies and monitor case compliance with third-party payers.
