Job Details:
Job Title: Electrophysiology Tech Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2671.36 - 2804.93
Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: ACLS, RCES, or RCIS with EP experience as identified, or registry eligible; EPIC experience; Associate’s degree or higher, completion of an accredited cardiovascular technology program towards obtaining a Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist registry; 2+ years in the Electrophysiology Lab; experience in invasive electrophysiology procedures including 3D mapping, EP recording systems, advanced ablation including A-Fib, ICE procedures, cardiac rhythm management interrogation and programming, operation of associated equipment, familiarity with GE Cardio lab and/or St Jude Work Mate equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in invasive electrophysiology procedures including 3D mapping and ablation.
- Operate EP recording systems and associated equipment to support electrophysiology procedures.
- Support cardiac rhythm management device interrogation and programming.
- Maintain familiarity with GE Cardio lab and St Jude Work Mate equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure successful electrophysiology procedures.
