Job Details:
Job Title: ER Registered Nurse
Location: Glen Burnie, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2184.60 - 2293.83
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night, 3x12-Hour)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI required
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care in a high volume, fast-paced ER environment.
- Manage a patient caseload with diagnoses ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
- Staff the ER hold/Obs unit and rotate among specialty areas as needed.
- Adhere to patient ratios of 1:4, up to 5 with lower acuity.
- Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system.
