Job Details:
Job Title: OT Acute Care Hospital Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Randallstown, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2000.60 - 2100.63
Schedule: 08:30 - 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Maryland OT state license required upon submittal
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments for patients with diagnoses such as CVA, dementia, spinal cord injury, and upper-extremity conditions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive equipment.
- Document patient progress using PowerChart/Cerner system.
- Assist with patient transfers and lifting, adhering to safety protocols.
