Requirements: BLS and ACLS Required; 2 years experience required; Must pass ECG exam on day 2 - pass/fail; Must read their own strips; Must have experience with common diagnoses including stroke, brain hemorrhages, brain tumors, intracranial pressure, respiratory failure, sepsis, pneumonia, ARDS, COPD, asthma, heart failure, kidney injury, DKA, HHS, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver failure, electrolyte abnormalities; Titrate Drips such as Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, Vasopressin, Phenylephrine, Dopamine; Use of Mechanical ventilator, High-flow nasal cannula, Noninvasive ventilation; Navy Blue scrubs.
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized neuro ICU care for adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor and interpret tele monitor readings from Phillips systems.
• Administer and titrate critical drips such as Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, and Dopamine.
• Collaborate with clinical techs and physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure patient safety by reading strips and managing complex diagnoses.
