Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and individual therapy to correctional facility inmates (LCSW).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that promote inmate wellness and rehabilitation.
- Document clinical evaluations and treatment plans accurately within secure correctional health records.
- Address behavioral health issues and support inmates in managing mental health challenges within a structured environment.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the correctional setting.
