Job Details

• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

• Location: Tacoma, WA

• Setting: School (Elementary Caseload)

• Pay Rate: $60.00 / hour

• Schedule: Full-Time (7.5-hour days / 37.5 hours/week)

• Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year

• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

• Preferred: School-based or pediatric speech-language pathology experience preferred.

• Requirements: Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for an elementary school caseload.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and communication goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support overall student communication success in the classroom.

• Conduct evaluations and track student progress with accurate, compliant documentation.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings.
