Job Details:
Job Title: PCU Float RN
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1991.04 - 2090.59
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile). BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required. 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience NOT required, they will NOT be floating to ED). Must have adult and geriatric population experience. Must be flexible to float, including to sister campuses. Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience. Epic EMR experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a PCU setting.
- Float to sister campuses as required, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Follow hospital policies and procedures while utilizing Epic EMR.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
