Job Details:

- Pay Range: 2111.49 - 2217.06
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
