- Deliver specialized care to patients in the NICU and other acute care units.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
- Advocate for patient safety, recovery, and overall well-being.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and licensure requirements.
