Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for daily living.
