Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Profession Acronym

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Specialty

• Qualified applicants MUST have Insert all "Required" items like GE, OASIS, or Degrees

• Insert Preferred Skills is Preferred

• Valid Profession license

• Be willing to obtain State licensure
