Job Details:

Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1881.98 - 1976.08
Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly, documenting all patient interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on managing health conditions and medication protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
