Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately and update treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and home exercises.
