Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in hospital patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with families as needed.
- Comply with hospital policies and maintain accurate records.
