Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy assessments and treatments to patients in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and services provided.
- Stay updated with current best practices and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
