Highlights:

Deliver coordinated nursing care utilizing the nursing process and established standards of care
Provide intensive, comprehensive care for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients experiencing life-threatening conditions
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff
Care for patients experiencing shock, trauma, and other critical conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Exercise critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent clinical judgment

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Critical care or intensive care unit experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certification required
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate care across multiple disciplines
