Schedule: Day or night shift available; 1:2 patient ratios; every other weekend required; no on-call shifts for agency staff

Highlights:

• 26-bed critical care unit with comprehensive advanced cardiac and respiratory support capabilities
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including mechanical ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, and EKOS
• Collaborate with dedicated team including charge RN and rapid response nurse on every shift
• Meditech EMR system
• Participate in high-acuity procedures including intubation, ECMO cannulation, and bedside tracheostomy
• No floating required

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Cardiovascular and/or Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience with central line insertions and chest tube management
• Accountability and professional integrity essential
