Schedule: Territory coverage within 50-60 mile radius; maximum caseload of 12 patients; on-call rotation required; every 4th weekend

Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN License
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Hospice experience required
• Dedicated hospice admission experience highly preferred
• Must reside outside the local area
