Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Location Available Upon Application

Start Date: January 5, 2025

Location: Details provided to qualified applicants

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends

Highlights:

Progressive Care Unit with 4 beds and a manageable 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Collaborative staffing model with one RN and one patient care technician per shift
Meditech documentation system for streamlined charting
Supportive team environment with experienced nurses and a culture that excels in teamwork
Minimal floating – may occasionally float to Med/Surg or Telemetry units
Professional dress code with black scrubs

Requirements:

Current RN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
Progressive care or acute care experience preferred
