Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts, 19:00 - 07:30, rotating weeknights and weekends, rotating holidays

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit assignment with potential to float to other units as needed
• Patient ratios of 1:3-4 on a 29-bed neuro-focused unit
• Epic charting system utilized across the organization
• 24 hours of orientation provided to support successful onboarding
• Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Opportunity to work with diverse neuro patient populations including stroke, epilepsy, and post-neurosurgery cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit or Medical-Surgical RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of application)
• Experience with EVD (External Ventricular Drain) monitoring is mandatory
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or formal supervisor
