Schedule: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend required, holiday coverage mandatory

Highlights:

• Med Surg / Acute Rehab unit with 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio and average daily census of 22
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg units; backup Charge Nurse duties may be assigned
• EMR system: Cerner
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation provided
• Call, holiday, and overtime multipliers available at 1.25%, plus call pay and charge differential
• Professional environment focused on coordinated patient care and family teaching

Requirements:

• Active Vermont RN license
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg or Rehab experience required
• Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) required
• Charge RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Must have reliable personal vehicle (public transportation not available)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Must be available to work two of the major holiday periods: Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas weekend, or New Year's weekend
