Highlights:

• Work in a 13-OR surgical suite with diverse procedural specialties including trauma, burn care, robotics, neuro, cardiothoracic, and more
• Collaborate with a well-established team of 25 RNs and 29 Certified Surgical Technologists
• Meditech EMR system with structured shift coverage from early morning through overnight trauma response
• Rotating weekend call every four weeks with equitable distribution; no more than 60 combined work and call hours per week
• Exposure to high-acuity cases including damage control resuscitative surgery, burn grafting, and open heart procedures
• Opportunity to support a Level II trauma center serving the Eastern Idaho region

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Idaho or eligibility for compact state licensure
• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required
• Trauma experience required
• BLS certification (current)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and call coverage including evenings, nights, and weekends
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience in burn care, robotics, or neuro surgery preferred
