Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Recent travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Active Oklahoma state RN license or compact license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) relevant to Medical/Surgical specialty
• Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
