Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) and two 8-hour shifts (23:00 - 07:30); 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule
Highlights:
- Phase I PACU environment with 20-bed unit and daily census of 30-50 patients
- 2:1 patient ratio across all shifts for optimal patient care
- 36 hours of orientation provided to support your transition
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, lift teams, and rapid response teams
- Diverse case mix including cardiac, neuro, bariatrics, ortho, vascular, and general surgical patients
- Level I trauma experience preferred; exposure to advanced monitoring and ventilated patients
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required; CCRN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Charting system experience required
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
