Schedule: 3x12 Night Shifts | 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule | 2:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• Phase I PACU with Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Comprehensive case mix including cardiac, neuro, ortho, vascular, bariatrics, and general surgery
• 20-bed unit with daily census of 30-50 patients and strong interdisciplinary support
• Manageable 2:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• 36-hour orientation provided to ensure smooth onboarding
• Advanced procedures including ventilated patients, central line management, IV vasopressors, and epidural care

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of PACU or critical care nursing experience
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required; CCRN preferred
• Charting system experience required
• Experience with telemetry, ventilators, and blood product administration
• Level 1 Trauma experience strongly preferred
• Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• 2 professional references: at least one must be from a manager, director, or formal supervisor
