Schedule: Day or night shift available; 4:1 patient ratio; 2-3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period

Highlights:

• 25-bed oncology medical surgical unit specializing in high-acuity oncology care including bone marrow transplant patients
• Perform advanced procedures including high-dose chemotherapy administration, stem cell infusions, blood transfusions, and central line maintenance
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Alaris IV pumps, mobilab systems, and Welch Allyn vital machines
• Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care coordination
• Strong team environment with dedicated charge nurses and support staff on every shift
• Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships with average length of stay of 14-21 days

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Medical surgical nursing experience required
• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Bone marrow transplant experience highly desirable
• Commitment to infection prevention protocols, particularly CLABSI prevention for immunocompromised patients
