Schedule: Flexible weekdays with every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday); Days 5-6:1 patient ratio, Nights 6:1 patient ratio

• Minimal floating requirements with assignments typically staying within medical-surgical units

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state licensure
• BLS certification required
• NIH and CPI certifications preferred
• Strong assessment skills and experience with IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Proficiency in IV and foley catheter placement procedures
