Location: Mishawaka, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with call coverage. One weekend per month required. Weekday call 4-5 days per pay period, with weekend incorporated into total call schedule.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure
• Board certification or board eligibility in applicable specialty
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Current BLS/ACLS certification as appropriate to specialty
