Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts

- 25-bed Progressive Care Unit with experienced team of 54 FTE staff members
- Patient ratio of 4:1, flexing to 5:1 during high-census periods
- Diverse case mix including stroke patients, cardiac drips, continuous BiPAP, and post-procedure care
- Meditech EMR system with bedside monitoring and telemetry capabilities
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment with comprehensive orientation
- Travel RN position offering competitive assignment terms
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or compact state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification – required
- Progressive Care or Telemetry experience strongly preferred
- Preceptor or charge nurse experience a plus
