Requirements:

• Active North Carolina professional license (RN or appropriate therapy credential)
• Home health experience required for all positions
• Hospice experience strongly preferred for nursing roles
• Reliable personal vehicle required for patient home visits
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
