Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – California
Start Date: Not specified
Location: California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 2 Night Shifts per week
Highlights:
- Work with acutely ill patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for seamless documentation and care coordination
- Practice within the full scope of registered nursing including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Opportunity to participate in professional governance councils and contribute to nursing practice standards
- Engage in evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focusing on holistic healing
Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse License (RN License)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Cerner EMR
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Knowledge of advanced nursing theory, medical terminology, medications, and nursing equipment
