Schedule: Day shift with rotating on-call responsibilities; daily huddle at 0645; weekend and weeknight call rotation based on staffing needs

• 10-operating room surgical department with diverse case mix including cardiovascular, orthopedic, general, gynecologic, bariatric, robotic, and urologic procedures
• 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, high-quality perioperative care
• State-of-the-art surgical equipment including Stryker towers, robotic platforms, and Neptune suctioning systems
• Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and clinical workflows
• Collaborative team environment with 75+ surgical professionals including RNs, surgical techs, first assistants, and support staff
• Call schedule rotates approximately 6 calls per 4-week period with at least 2 weekend shifts, depending on staffing levels

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Operating room experience with orthopedic, general, and gynecologic surgery cases (required)
• Urology and cystoscopy experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and professional demeanor essential
