Requirements:

Active Ohio RN license or multi-state compact RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
All certifications must be current and verifiable
