Start Date: Orientation begins approximately 3-4 weeks from acceptance

Location: Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12 shifts) or 40 hours per week (8 or 10-hour shifts); guaranteed hours provided; weekend coverage required

• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred; candidates must rate themselves 3 or 4 in proficiency
• Float coverage across three hospital locations within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Exposure to complex cardiac patients requiring drip titration and telemetry monitoring

• Time-sensitive onboarding modules required upon confirmation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit experience
• ICU experience within the last 3 years required
• Active RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) at time of submission
• ACLS certification required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Strong familiarity with cardiac drips and titration
• Competency in managing ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, dysrhythmias, vasoactive drips, and multisystem organ dysfunction
• Must pass EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or nurse managers required
