Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; every other or every third weekend required; 1 low census on-call shift per pay period; 72-hour orientation

Highlights:

• 14-bed LDRP unit with on-site OR; Level II maternity with Level I nursery
• Patient ratios: 1:1 with active labor patients, 1:3 with postpartum couplets
• Epic charting system; follows AWHONN staffing standards
• High-risk obstetric cases including gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia, twins, diabetics, and TOLAC
• 13-week assignment with opportunities for float between regional facilities
• Daily census: 1-2 labor patients, 5-8 postpartum patients

Requirements:

• Active or pending Oregon RN license
• Minimum 1.5–2 years of Labor & Delivery experience; candidates with 1+ years considered if from high-risk, high-census units
• Epic charting experience required
• Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications; STABLE certification preferred
• Ability to work independently on night shift
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
• Two supervisory references covering one year of experience within the last three years
