Schedule: 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating weekdays and weekends, rotating holidays

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical experience welcomed
• Patient ratio of 1:4 across all shifts
• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the organization
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Float opportunities within the organization as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Strong neuro skills, including stroke care, craniotomy, CVA management, and post-neurosurgery care
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, IV management, arterial/central line care, and titrating cardiac drips
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
