Schedule: Day shift begins 0630; OR operates 0730–1900 with rotating call coverage weekdays and weekends

Highlights:

• 14-room perioperative suite including 2 Cardiovascular ORs and 12 general ORs
• Diverse case mix including heavy robotics, general surgery, ENT, colorectal, vascular, urology, gynecology, and orthopedics
• 1:1 patient ratio with collaborative team of RNs and surgical technologists
• Meditech ORM electronic medical record system
• Self-scheduling available for on-call shifts
• Daily huddle at 0645 to promote team communication and coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Varied skill set with demonstrated experience in general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, and robotics
• CVOR (cardiovascular operating room) experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• CNOR certification and 5 years of OR experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic surgical environment
