Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with after-hours availability as needed; Call requirements include 1-2 weekdays and every other weekend

Highlights:

• Provide direct patient care across the lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics in a dynamic surgical environment
• Work collaboratively with surgeons and anesthesia teams to deliver exceptional perioperative care
• Dual focus on Operating Room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) responsibilities
• Hands-on role involving patient monitoring, positioning, surgical assistance, and equipment management
• Opportunity to utilize expertise in both intraoperative and recovery settings
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility location

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of two years acute care nursing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Operating Room and PACU settings required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; additional language skills desirable
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
