Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Highlights:

• Critical care position with exposure to multiple units including ICU, Emergency Department, PACU, and Intermediate Care
• Manage comprehensive care for critically ill patients with varied acuity levels
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment including pressure monitoring systems, cardiac monitors, and specialty beds
• Participate in evidence-based protocols for sepsis, ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention, pressure ulcer prevention, and central line management
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment with established communication protocols

Requirements:

• Active California RN License
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification or willingness to obtain
• Recent ICU RN experience in an acute care facility required
• Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing skills including cardiac dysrhythmia recognition, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management
• Flexibility to float to multiple units (ICU, ED, PACU, IMC) as needed
