Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), every other weekend required

• 10-bed ICU with manageable 1:4-5 patient ratios
• Comprehensive critical care environment with STEMI and Stroke protocols, conscious sedation, chest tubes, codes, and intubation support
• Modern equipment including Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, GE EKG, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, and Verathon bladder scanner
• Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Collaborative team of 12 staff members with charge nurse support on every shift
• No floating required

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred, demonstrating strong multitasking and independent critical thinking abilities
