Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 5:1 patient ratio | Weekend shifts required
Highlights:
- 18-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit serving diverse patient population including post-surgical and medical patients
- Wide variety of case mix: minimally invasive surgeries, colectomy, ostomy management, tracheostomy care, CHF, COPD, sepsis, DKA, and pneumonia
- Equipped with Philips Monitors, Alaris Pumps, and modern clinical technology
- EMR: Meditech system experience required
- Structured support system with designated resource RN each shift to ensure your success
- Collaborative teaching environment with medical residents and specialty surgical teams
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Proficiency in Meditech EMR system
- Demonstrated competency in tracheostomy and ostomy care
- Experience with general surgery patients preferred
- Strong skills in telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing
- Availability to work weekend shifts
