Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week scheduling period, 2:1 patient ratio

• 32-bed Critical Care Unit specializing in advanced cardiac care with a growing cardiogenic shock program
• 12 dedicated beds for cardiogenic shock patients with specialized provider teams
• Advanced technology including PA catheter/hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• Meditechs documentation system with Phillips telemetry monitoring and Hill-Rom beds
• Daisy Award-winning unit with an active Nurse Practice Council and engaged staff culture
• Support staff includes student nurse externs as techs and unit secretary coverage Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• Cardiac experience required – strong critical care background essential
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubation procedures
• Advanced skills preferred: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
