Schedule: Day or night shift available, 1:5 patient ratio

• Collaborative team with dedicated charge nurse, unit secretary, and clinical support on day shift
• Exposure to advanced skills including wound vac management, central line care, TPN administration, and blood transfusions
• Supportive unit culture emphasizing teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• BLS certification required
• Strong time management and organizational skills essential for fast-paced surgical environment
• Experience in post-operative surgical areas strongly preferred (vascular, bariatric, urology, general surgery, colorectal)
• Proficiency in wound care, Foley catheter management, ostomy care, NG tube insertion, and central line maintenance preferred
• Must be able to float to other medical-surgical units as needed
