Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent CVICU staff nursing experience required
• Level One Trauma Center experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Demonstrated competency with ventilator management, arterial lines, spinal drains, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency in ECG interpretation, temporary pacemaker management, and vasoactive/inotropic drip titration
• Experience with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients
• Successful completion of competency assessment required
